The work we do on behalf of our clients falls into 2 phases:

Phase 1
We begin with a "product knowledge" meeting, where CCB works with the client to gain a full understanding of their product or service and the client's ambitions for international activity. From this information, we produce a comprehensive report which

  • Gives an overview of the relevant market
  • Gives an overview of the specific sector
  • Looks at how the client can effectively access the market
  • Reports on all available funding streams (local structural funds)
  • Identifies potential opportunies and partners

On acceptance of the recommendations outlined in the report, we proceed to the next phase

Phase 2
At this stage

  • We hold initial meetings with potential clients and partners giving detailed presentations on behalf of our client, and discuss possible opportunities.
  • Arrange a visit to Latvia and/or Lithuania, or the UK, for our client to meet with potential partners and clients, and assist in the securing of deals
  • Accompany the client to all meetings and enlist input from associates for specialist help where appropriate

After Care
We also offer after care to all our clients which involves the ongoing management of relationships and the development of their business in the relevant countries.
