The Baltic States offer an extremely attractive environment to companies who are looking to invest in the development of a range of facilities from R&D, to IT Development Teams, from Manufacturing to shared Service Centers.  Both Latvia and Lithuania have a range of financial incentives available to companies who are looking to develop their business in the Baltic.
