He was then lured into an internet startup just as the dot bomb boom crashed! After two roles in the corporate sector as a Marketing manager and Finance Manager in the travel sector and in a business process consulting. |

Charles Cormack – Managing director of Cormack Consultancy Baltic, having considerable experience of working in the UK financial sector, having worked on projects with a range of financial institutions (including Citi Bank, Barclaycard, Relax Finance, Cerberus, Morgan Stanley and Spectrum Card Services and other), business angels, venture capital funds, pre-seed / seed funds, Charles works both in tge UK and in the Baltics. He delivers programmes on culture dynamics between the two regions and seminars on doing business in the Baltics. Since CCB's conception the company has helped well over 200 companies to develop their business in the UK.

Barbara McCrory
Works both in the UK and in the Baltics. She has over 20 years experience working in various businesses at Director Level. She started her trade with Tesco working her way up to Trading Director with a final responsibility for over £400 million sales and over 35 procurement, promotions and category management staff. Barbara has worked with and trained some of the top food brand names such as Mars, Unilever, Dolmio, Heineken, Hellmans, Flora, Nivea, Walkers, Johnson & Johnson, and Masterfoods. She writes bespoke training for companies and developed and trained the above companies in “Inside the mind of the buyer”, business strategies and planning. She currently takes part in export seminars and works with companies in the Baltic’s helping them to become prepared for exporting into the UK and Irish marketplace. She has a Marketing degree an MBA with Stirling University and is currently undertaking a doctorate with Napier University focusing on customer service and business profitability. She is a mentor with Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce.
